&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have cancelled my contract with Vodafone Kabel in November-18 and taken a new connection with Vodafone DSL for my new address. I have also sent back the kabel router to the given address last month but today i have received an email for new account number from vodafone kabel. I don't understand why i have received such letter and&amp;nbsp;also i would like to know the current status of my vodafone kabel account? Have you received the kabel router which we sent back last month?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Hello Team,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As we are relocating from my current address to new place in Germany for professional reason, i would like to cancel my current contract with Vodafone in Hamburg.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We are using Red Internet &amp;amp; Phone Young 400 Cable plan from Vodafone.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Could you please help us to cancel our contract with Vodafone?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, i couldn't get an unfurnished apartment in my new address in Germany. I have just got a furnished flat in my new address which is already containing an Internet connection with it. If i take this connection to my new address then i will be having two internet connections in Germany.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, I kindly request you to help me on this cancellation process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have checked with Vodafone store regarding this cancellation process and they have told us that we have to pay 3 months rent in order to close this connection.We are ready to pay this amount in order to proceed with the contract cancellation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FYI: I will be moving out to my new flat on December 1st, 2018.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Vignesh&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;at the new address we can not provide. The contract can therefore be terminated with a period of 3 months. We need the re-registration as proof. Please send it with your customer number and address in a PN. We will then take care of the cancellation.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The customer number for cable isn't new. It's the old one for your cable contract, which is cancelled because of your move. The mail you received tells you that you have a credit on your old account. This credit will be transferred to your account within the next few days.&lt;/P&gt;
