Cancellation of Kabel contract

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to ask for help in cancelling my vodafone kabel contract. In the end of last October I experienced abuse from my boyfriend that led me to leave Germany and go back to my home country of Egypt, where I was prescribed intensive psychological treatment for at least a year. This means I will not be coming back to Germany anytime soon.

Before I left the country I left my keys to a friend who has collected the modem router and can return it back. Even though my contract's earliest end date is June 2019, since I'm not going to be using the internet service I would like it to be canceled. Please assist me in any way possible.

thanks for your pm.

I could see, that you already wrote us in December. I took this mail to adjust the cancellation. The contract ends now on 17.03.2019. That is the earliest possible date according to the legal regulations.

Please in form your friend that he/she send back the router to this address:
