      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have cancelled my contract in May and it was supposed to stop in July (I got the confirmation) but I keep gettig charged. This was OK because my landlord allowed me to stay in the flat un end of September as I told your colleagues. But now I should not be on the contract.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;KD nummer: &lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;***&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The new renter says he is OK to transfer the contract to his name and bank account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is it possible or does he have to sign a new contract?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it is not possible, can you please check why my contract is not terminated yet?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Thomas,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just received a letter stating that I am not registered as customer anymore..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is quite confusing because I am still paying annd still having access.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is true that I cancelled half a year ago using Aboalarm but it&amp;nbsp;never took effect and you told me a few weeks ago that the contract was still alive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway, Could you please let me know if the contract is still running, and if not what do I have to do (eg. returning the router, or other)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks and best,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Vincent&lt;/P&gt;</description>
