Did Mrs A. properly terminate the contract?       <title>Still Being Billed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;On behalf of Mrs&amp;nbsp;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;***&lt;/FONT&gt; (fon &lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;***&lt;/FONT&gt;, you STILL have an outstanding bill to her even though she returned her TV box a year ago.&amp;nbsp; She returned it because she hadn't had TV since the summer of 2016 and you refused to send a technician out to her house to fix it.&amp;nbsp; The current bill has to be wiped clean.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
