Good Morning,

I had Vodafone kabel contract. I wanted to take this contract with me in new house but unfortunately there is no possibility of kabel in the new house.

So I had to change the Kabel contract to DSL. I went to nearby vodafone shop. The person tricked me, and made a new contract of DSL on top of Kabel contract. He did not cancel my Kabel contract. I realized it after 3 weeks, and then immediately contacted the customer service for cancellation of Kabel contract. But this delay costed me one complete month rechnung / bill. Please compensate me for this bill because it was fault of Vodafone store representative. I can also submit the proof of the date when I went for the change of contract.

Hello AbdulMoiz,

i understand your annoyance, but unfortunately you have not completely fulfilled your obligation to cooperate and have reported the move for the cable contract (including contract conclusion DSL). Therefore the cable contract cannot be terminated. But we try to fix it now.

Send me your name, the old address, the new address, the customer number for cable, the customer number for DSL and your date of birth in a private message. Please contact me here again afterwards.

I looked at everything, but we can't change the cancellation date, because we didn't have any information about your move before.
