New DSL connection issue

New DSL connection.

After I applied for vodafone DSL connection, Cableway contacted me and I was told that they had to do some new installation in the building and wanted my landlords permission for it,

but my landlord did not provide permission for new installations . I have forwarded the email from my landlord to cableway, but have not recieved any information from vodafone.

Can you please let me know if my contract is canceled so I opt for some other service.
