    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have just received the Vodafone Starter Pack and followed the instructions how to install it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I have plugged correctly the adapter in the 2 connectors (Radio+TV)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I have plugged the Antenna cable from the router to the DATA from the adapter's connector&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The "Internet" light on the router blinks slowly in red for 1 minute almost then it blinks faster with the same color.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have waited 12 hours but I do not have the connection. I have tried to called several times to the Vodafone Hotline but it's everything in German, somehow repeating my customer number I reached once&amp;nbsp;an&amp;nbsp;agent but she was not able to speak English at all. I have called the shop where I&amp;nbsp;stipulate&amp;nbsp;the contract but they simply advise me to contact the Hotline and it became a loop - no English speakers, no one able to help me. Hopefully I have better restuls on this forum.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind Regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>
