Hi,

I am going back to India on 19th Dec. 2018. Hence, I would like to terminate the contract. In this regard, I have already sent the certificate of deregistration using e-mail. I have not received any reply yet.

I would like to know the following:

1. How can I send the hardware?

2. Which is the address that I need to use for shipping the hardware?

Please reply as soon as possible.

I filed my resignation for you. The move will be terminated according to the Telecommunication Act +3 months. In your case it will be 19.03.2019. You will get a written confirmation again. Please send the devices to the following address.
