      <title>No internet connection and no support from the hotline</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm ex-user of Kabeldeutschland.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've no internet connection since Wednesday (December 12) and no help from the customer service hotline.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've called the number 08005266625&amp;nbsp;twice spent 30 minutes waiting for help and without any results.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last time the man on the line has said that you cable modem is not connected while it is connected and powered for sure.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've not touched any cabling for already 1 year.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Moreover TV connected the same cable works fine for me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone help me with the problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PS:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For some reason email about charges for internet over cable also not delivered to my email since August, 2017.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alexander&lt;/P&gt;</description>
