Cable Broadband Contract

I recently requested upgrade of my connection from 500 MBPS to 1 GBPS but alongwith the same my contract was also extended which I don't want. Therefore, either I would like to have my original contract duration restored till Sep 2019 with new plan of 1 GBPS. If that's not possible I would like to keep my original contract duration with 500 MBPS speed only as during upgrade process online system never proposed extension of contract.

welcome to our Community.

If you change your tariff there's always a restart of the contract period. This is also stated in the written confirmation for this tariff change.

When did you made the tariff change? Was that more than two weeks ago? Then, unfortunately, it is too late to revoke this change.
