Kann mir jemand eine Telefonnummer vom englischen Kundendienst geben?

Ich habe ein Problem mit Internet und TV.

An der Hotline ist ein englischer Support nicht so einfach...
Du kannst dein Problem aber auch hier in der Community posten. Die Moderatoren hier sollten mit Englisch zurechtkommen. 🙂

Je nachdem, ob du gleich mit Englisch weitermachen willst:
A english support isn't so easy at the hotline...
But you can tell your issue here at the community, too. The moderators should cope with the english language. 🙂

Hello, thank you for reply.

Well my internet problem regards download. These days its oscillating, up and down, and it know to be 1 or 2 Mbps, and it should be 180 or even 200 Mbps.

Other problem is that I can not watch TV, because system can not update it self. I see only this for some time (picture attached), and then on my TV box, a have some red light, next to white color line.

Hi Milos-Berlin,

Is the bandwidth only so low in the evening or are there problems all day long?

Does the box try to install an update every time it starts?

Please send me your customer data (name, address, customer number) in a private message, then I check your connection. Let us know here when you have submitted the data.

Hi Milos-Berlin,

the segment is sometimes very busy in the evening hours. The development is in planning, but there is no completion date yet. I fear, however, that it will be quite some time before the full bandwidth arrives again.

Probably there is also a connection with the error of the TV box. It wants to install an update, but the bandwidth is too low. Please test the box in the morning and give it some time. At the next start it will be faster.

Unfortunately, Im using internet after work (as people do), so that means that I cant watch or stream movies, playing games, or anything similiar online.

Im having problems almost 2 months, and if I understood you well, probably I can expect that everything goes back in order in next 4 or even 7 months?

Can you please give me an address or email, where I can terminate my contract, because I dont wanna pay for some service that i dont have or receive.

Well that is good to know. But, lets leave it for now. I do not want to terminate my contract yet.

First I need to find new internet provider.
