Hi all,

I have a Kabel-Internet connection that I need to cancel from 31.12.2018 due to relocating to Stuttgart. I will likely be spending a month in a hotel in Stuttgart while I find a new place to live. Once in a new wohnung I will start a new Internet plan with Vodafone. Is there someone from Vodafone who could help me to organise this, please? Many thanks! GH

we can cancel the contract according to the telecommunication law (move + 3 months). But I need the new address. This can also be the address of the hotel where you are staying temporarily.

I need the following information from you: your name, current address, customer number, date of birth and new address. Send me everything together with the link to your thread in a private message.
