INTERNET DSL PROBLEM

I cancelled my telephone-internet-TV package on September but i am being debited still

This is the 4th month that I m being debited on my account so please let me know what s going on?

I request you to refund my money back for 4 moths

at first: You should change the name of the jpg. the first word is one, that is not okay for here.

And: that is no Bill. Vodafone wants to know, why you cancelled your contract. So: Didi you get an Email or a letter with a cancellation date?
