Good evening,

I'm sorry to write here directly in english, but I'm at the Beggining with my German lessons.

For the last few weeks, after 20:00, the internet is really slow. I live in ***

I've done the following with no success:

- use cable

use a different computer

stop / start the fade after waiting for 10 sec

reset the modem

The same result, the internet is really slow. I do not know what to do.

Please help.

Can someone help me, I'm using now, vodafone hotspot, as the internet is really slow.

I've try to reach the free customer number, but I cannot manage to chat with anybody, as my german is not that good.

I guess it's meant to be that I got your thread :). Sorry to have kept you waiting, but we have quite a backlog currently :/.
