Hi,

sorry if I write in English. I have requested a new contract for Kabel Deutschland Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable (Neukunden). On the Vodafone website this connection is available at my address. I have received three letters: the SEPA request payment, the information that Vodafone needs autorization from the Landlord (Hauseigentümer) and a third letter stating that "Der Hauseigentümer hat uns die Installation nicht erlaubt". That cannot be true since the Landord of the house is perfectly ok with me activating Vodafone. My suspect is that the authorization is not recent and was requested to the previous Hauseigentümer. Can I update this information to Vodafone and hope for an appointment with the technician, or should I simply move on and try with another provider?

My landlord authorized me to give Vodafone his e-mail and telephone number, so he can give authorization for the Kabel installation at my address. Who should I forward this information to?

sorry for the late response.

Your order was cancelled because we didn't get permission for the installation from the homeowner. Maybe that in our data base is still an old owner registered, as you suppose.

Since the first order is cancelled, you have to do a new one. After you get the new welcome letter, please give us the actual owner date.
