Ich habe meinen Kontakt mit der Kundennummer xxx abgebrochen und möchte das Gerät an das Nunburg-Büro zurücksenden. Bekomme ich einen bei DHL zu produzierenden QR-Code zum Versenden? Können Sie mir bitte helfen, das Gerät zurückzugeben?

please use the return slip that was originally in the package. If you don't have it anymore, you have to send it back at your own expense.
