Few weeks ago a guy from Vodafone came to us and brought a new router and a new machine for TV and he said that everything was free.. he was supposed to send a technician, because there was a problem with our internet connection, but no one called or came by and now I have 3 machines in total waiting for someone to take care of them. My old router which is connected, a new router which is supposed to have a speed up to 500Mb/s and a new machine for the TV which I didn't ask and he told me that it is for free with no more cost or anything.

The other problem is that my current contract with Vodafone was cancelled from our wohnung company because of a new system i don't know exactly what, for the TV. So I have to make a new DSL contract with Vodafone and i have to send all the machines back. This is a huge mess, for which i have nothing to do and I didn't ask for it. Please help me!!!!

I'm afraid that this man was a conman... he show me a card that he is working for Vodafone and he had a tablet and everything. I have his name and his phone number.

that sounds like you now have at least one internet contract too many. I have to take a look at that.
