Contract cancellation - moving overseas

Hi I would like to cnacel my cable contract because I am moving overseas to Denmark end of this month.

Please let me know the necessary steps.

Hello maivodasarah,

you simply inform us of your move online via our moving service. There you enter all necessary data and check the box "I am moving abroad - Ich ziehe ins Ausland". Your contract will then be terminated with 3 months notice according to the Telecommunications Act. All you have to do is return your device to the following address:
