    <description>&lt;P&gt;I do not speak German so this has been EXTREMELY difficult to get assistance.&amp;nbsp; I cannot get through the phone prompts, as there is no option to switch to English.&amp;nbsp; My bank account info changed and I am trying to pay my bill before my internet is turned off.&amp;nbsp; I sent money yesterday to a Vodafone IBAN that someone with broken English was able to give me, but I hope it went through and is correct.&amp;nbsp; 13380700590045335700&lt;/P&gt;</description>
