Contract Cancellation

Hi,

Right now I have a contract for Cable that I'd like to end since I'm not gonna be able to use it anymore. For personal reasons I had to leave germany therefore I can't keep the contract. I'd like to know the procedures to end the contract sooner than expected.

Hi RodrigoVieira,

if you want to cancel you contract, you can do this via our contact form. The contract ends prematurely three months after your moving date.

So the only way to do this is by phone? That's a little hard for me since I'm in Brazil right now.

it's not possible to cancel via phone. Do you have problems with the contact form?
