Hi there,

I registered for the DSL internet connection using Check24, now I would like to cancel the registration. I send you an email to " cable-widerruf@vodafone.com" around one month before. Please let me know how can I return the package which you are looking for, and please consider that check24 that we can cancel our contract in 14 days, and I requested for cancelation before that.

have you received confirmation of your revocation by e-mail in the meantime? Please send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address by private message and then report again here in the article. I'll have a look then.

Your revocation is stored in your customer data. I have finished everything and cancelled your contract. You will also receive a written confirmation. Simply look in your customer portal under documents.

Thanks a lot for your consideration. Shall I pay the post fee? or it's paid before? and about the document, I couldn't find any document in the following linl "https://kabel.vodafone.de/meinkabel/meine_kundendaten/meine_dokumente" could you please let me know where can I find it?
