Vodafone hotspot flat not working

Hi,

I am staying at nurnberg, walter meckauer street.

I brought vodafone hotspot ticket for 1 week.

Suddenly my internet has stopped working on my device. There are still 3 days left in my subscription.

Hotspot connects, shows connected but the internet does not work.

Sometimes it says - "Internet may not be available."

Please help me with the issue, as i have already paid for the same but not able to use the internet.

I am attaching screenshots from my mobile.

Please resolve the issue as soon as possible since internet is very important for me.

can you please tell us the Hotspot-ID? We'll take a look at the affected spot. Could you still surf the last days?
