Hi Vodahone Team,

I have a question in regards to proof that I am not currently living in the apartment in Germany (so cannot use Vodaphone service).

I moved to another country, and the company that I work for rents an apartment for me as part of the relocation package. Would it be okay to send you the contract which is I assume on my company's name to prove I am not living in Germany?

I can also provide a new address. Not sure i can get any kind of registration here..

Hello Sophie471,

we don't need proof anymore. The termination has already been processed according to the Telecommunications Act (move + 3 months). The contract will be terminated on 29.01.2019.
