Vodafone Billing even after termination of contract

Hello,

Sorry my german is bad .. so writing in English

So, I had terminated my contact on 24.06 earlier this year and did not receive the confirmation as well. I have since left Germany as well.

However, for the past few months I have been reminding myself to pay some bill even after my contract.

Can you please help understand what the charges are?

Any help wants to be much appreciated.

Thanks for getting back.

I am not sure I understand how this works.. I had returned all equipment as well the connection was terminated on 23.06. since your team said they cannot terminate the connection until they see the city de registration and the city deregistration can happen only in the last 7 days of the stay in Germany.. The city council does not deregister you before that. The actual notice was given well before 22.06.. Also the bill amounts were debited until July which a month was after the connection was terminated.

The issue is that I still am getting the bills generated till October this year even though the connection is no longer active for the last 4 months. And also reminders to pay this amount.

Can you please help understand if this is the termination cost to be paid?

Please note that I am no longer living in Germany and my bank account has also been closed. So would please need your help to understand the next steps.

Hi jennifer15,

the contract ended on 23.09.2018. Until then, payment must also be made. We received the last payment in July. Therefore an amount of 95,96 Euro has accrued.

I do understand . But the issue is I have moved out of Germany and am now living in the US. Also, my bank account has been shut down as I am no longer living there..

Can you please let me know how this payment can be done ? I can then arrange for this payment to be made.
