Hi,

i have a contract with Kabel Deutschaland and i want to cancel the part related to the TV service but keep the internet service. when i sent a letter, ther reply was that i should do it throught this forum.

could be this possible?

also they ask me to be patient.....

Hi Matias,

you have an old combined contract right now. If you do not want to use TV any longer, you can only do so if you cancel the existing contract and then sign a new Internet & Phone contract.

ok, i want to cancel it, but i would not like to keep internet service, during the contract transicion. Can you tell me which are the options, and how to do it?

Hi Matias,

i thought all you wanted was an internet & phone contract? The cancellation takes place regularly at the end of the term. You can arrange the cancellation via the contact form.

you are right, what i want is to have an Internet contract, but if I understand well, to have only this i have to cancel the actual one?, isnt it? In that case, can you tell me when i can cancel the actual contract an open a new one only for Internet? And where i can find this form to arrange the cancellation?

it's not quite true. You have to cancel the existing contract to get a new one. I link the contact form.
