Hi!

I want to upgrade my tariff and device to a newer one. When I go to the tariff section, there is a blank screen. How can I do it from my profile?

you you informed us of your move by 31.10.2018. In our system, the move is not yet complete, so you cannot request a tariff change at the moment.

Hi! Thank you, now it works. But when I to upgrade a device, it going to be shipped without WLAN option, how is that possible? What should I do to upgrade the device with Wifi enabled?

As for your question: the WLAN is included in the HomeBox option.
