Hi, i have got my contract and router on saturday but i could not connect it. The red light keeps on blinking when i connect it to the port. Last time we had a vodafone internet, we called one number ( i do not remeber now) and a guy came to set our internet. He connected some wires in a box in our cellar and it worked. I tried to call customer care but could not communicate due to lack of german language proficiency. Can anyone please give me that number and help me to arrange an appointment with the company which will connect the internet? Thank you.
