Hi Tina,

Sorry for the confusion. Here is the explanation:

I wanted a mobile contract and a cellphone. I got a special offer that included a tablet. The dealer did not inform that the tablet has an additional SIM and an additional cost. I realized that after a while. I did not consider it a problem. Time passed and I received orders to move out. I notified Vodafone in time. They confirmed the cancellation for the phone but not the tablet SIM. Notified again.

But when I checked on MyVodafone I noticed ... Vodafone continues to send the bills for the tablet SIM.

And it is a problem.

I consider I did my part but Vodafone apparently thinks I am still bound by the contract. Now you know ..
