Hello!

I left Germany 10 day ago, and I sent a letter together with the abmeldung to vodafone to terminate my contract before I left. Now my friend get a letter for me that vodafone ask me to call to discuss about my termination preocedure. My fridend tried several times to call, but the line was always busy. I want to know if my termination succesfull or not?

Hi phantomwyt,

the contract is terminated with a term of 3 months according to the Telecommunications Act. We had confirmed this as well. The contract ends on 28.12.2018.
