Hi,

I’m leaving Germany 17/10 and I need to cancel my contract.
I was informed in the call customer that I need to send the proof that I’m leaving Germany.

To whom should I send this information?

You can send your proof via our contact form. Select the contract (cable, DSL, etc.) and you will be taken to an input mask where you can send us your proof.
