Did you switch it off or doesn't it work at all now? We may send a technician who checks the line and replaces the modem, if necessary.       <title>Kabel Deutschland Router Reset</title>

      <description>Dear Vodafone Community team,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am using Kabel Deutschland internet services nearly for 2 years. But for 3 days my internet connection is almost completely lost. My router is resetting intermittently in every 5 to 10 mins, day and night.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It is a cbn CH7466CE model wifi router.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I removed all ethernet cabling behind, turned off all wifi connections, but the device is still resetting. It is 20 mins maximum that the line is steady.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As i can no speak German, no possibility to get immediate help from call center. Can anyone here help?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks.&lt;BR /&gt;Johanniv</description>

      <description>It is more than 2 weeks now that the router is still resetting in every 5 mins, very annoying. I guess it was for only one day it did not reset during this period.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Anyway, I already made my application to cancel my contract, although i have 5 months till the end i have no other choice. I am waiting for T mobile to deliver my new router, dsl this time.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I wish kabel deutschland service center had a better way of support instead of hanging up after hearing some english words.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks.</description>
