Hi ,

I contacted the community via https://forum.vodafone.de/t5/Internet-Telefon-TV-%C3%BCber-Kabel/Cancel-the-SecurityPackage-Sicherheitspaket-option-with-Kabel/m-p/1731659#M98497
To cancel the additional option of security package. I also received a confirmation letter for that. However, I am charged for the option even this month. Please help understand why am I being charged or why the option was not cancelled

Hi,

The dates are in the original thread, that I linked. Sep 01. I also received a letter that the option will not be activated after trial period dated Sep.01. I still have the letter with me.

Hi GopiSankar,

please check the confirmation letter again. The security package will be terminated at the end of the free months (21.10.2018). The fee from 21.10.18 to 31.10.18 will be refunded with the next invoice.
