I had to move out of Germany and requested a cancellation of the service. I have sent the modem back around a month ago. I was checking bills of previous months and I just saw that I have been charged 3.99 euros for "Vodafone Sicherheitspaket" which I have never requested.
I want to know how I can cancel this product. Also, as I have sent back your device and obviously I am not using the service, is it possible not to charge me anymore?

the security package "Vodafone Sicherheitspaket" is a part of your contract. It was free for the first two months and has not yet been cancelled by you.

You must write this in words....I want to cancel the "Vodafone Sicherheitspaket", and 4 weeks later, its been cancelled,normally.

The stupid "Stephan, the Mod" don't tell you the site, were to do, may be here
