    <description>&lt;P&gt;I installed my cable internet 3 weeks ago and for 2 weeks it worked really well, but suddenly the wifi light went off and the option for my wifi does not appear on my computer and phone. I have not had wifi for 1 week now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have visited the shop and called customer service but they keep giving me different numbers. The guy on the phone even said that maybe I was not sold wifi in my contract, as he could not see it on the screen.
