      <title>Internet not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Internet connection (Red&amp;amp;Internet 200 Cable) is not working since Thursday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The admin area (192.168.0.1) Router &amp;gt; Basic &amp;gt; My Network shows 0 US channels (there is 1 DS channel). I've tried unplugging etc. I've tried restarting it to the Factory settings to no avail.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried to reach&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;+49 800 7242643, was told it will connect&amp;nbsp;within 3 hours but it still does not work. Tried to reach +49 800 52 666 25 but I do not speak German and I think the system is not able to identify me. (What should I click&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I visited a Vodafone Shop at Friedrichstr, Berlin, was told that I need to sign up to the Meine Vodafone. Unfortunately, the guy restarted my Activation Key so I would have to wait 5 days for a new one.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What are my options?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
