Inconsistent Wifi connection

Hello

I have a Wifi connection with Vodafone (Kabelbox-BAFC) since September 2017. From the past week, I have been facing issues with the wifi connectivity. Although the Wifi network on the computer shows a strong signal, it takes a very long time to load webpages, videos etc. I am also having problems while making internet calls through Skype and Whatsapp. I tried calling the customer care no. but since my German is bad, I am unable to follow the instructions.

It would be of great help if someone can guide me through solving this issue.

Could you please try to use a wired connection? Are you also facing the problems then?

Hi RKNair,

which device do you use? I can't do anything with the term "BAFC".

Do you also have interference via cable connection?

Are there other WLAN networks in the area that could interfere with your signal?
