English speaker for a new offer.

Hello,

I'm using the cable internet with TV as a package for my house.

At this time, my contract will be expired and I've requested for termination of service 3 months ago because I was goding to move to another country.

But I've changed my mind to live here Berlin for a long time so I need a new offer for the internet without TV because I have never seen the TV while service period.

I tried to reach to Vodafone with the official phone number and I failed because of that I can't speak German. 😞

(And also it doesn't support English service as well.....)

Anyway, is there anyone who can help me to get a new offer only for internet?

Actually, I know Check24 provide it but I'm not able to use the service if I choose Vodafone again ... but I want to use Vodafone internet...

Hello Aaron,

currently you have a combined tariff (TV, Internet and Phone). I can offer you to make a change to only internet and phone. For this change we charge 19,99 € once. What speed do you want to use? At your address up to 500 mbit are possible.
