Procedure to upload city de-registration letter for finalization of Contract Termination

Hi Support Team,

This is regarding my Internet contract, which is expected to be closed by 06th Sept 2018. As part of the finalization of this purpose, I am supposed to upload city de-registration letter. I have already uploaded it using one of the forms on Vodafone site. But I have not got any confirmation yet.

Please let me know if you need any additonal info.

Can you please help to close out this process?
