I would like to terminate my TV subscription

Dear Sir / Madam,

I would like to terminate my TV subscription. Because, I do not like it and I do not want to take it along with my Internet & phone contract.
It was misunderstanding with one of your colleague who just call me and order this TV subscription for me.
I am not really watching TV and not going to use.

Anyway, I am very happy with internet & phone contact.

Hi rezaul_km105,

you have to pay for the contract til the end of the contract term. You can also use the GigaTV Box until the contract expires.
