I have three queries:

My name is misspelled. How do I change it to the correct one?
How do I add a contract to "myvodafone' account?
I have to deactivate the free 3 month subscription of the security pack that is given with the connection. How do I do that?

I dont speak German, calling to the customer care number might not help.

For requests 1 and 3 you can send me a private message with the following information:

your name

your address

your customer number

the link of this thread

Please reply here when you have sent the private message.

For request 2 please register in Mein 'Vodafone with this link, choose "Mit Ihren Vertragsdaten" then "Kabel Deutschland" and then type in your customer number and the activation code from your order confirmation.

Once you are registered, log in into Mein Vodafone, click on "Vertrag oder Rufnummer hinzufügen" and follow the instructions.
