I have applied for my new internet service through Check24.de at my new flat in Berlin:

could you please kindly advice what is the current progress of my setup? I have asked to send my cable modem to my friend at (***) before my arrival in Berlin, is it already sent? If not, could you please change it to my own address instead, because I will be arriving tomorrow 30.08.2018.
