Urgent - contract extension

Hi team,

I am a customer at Kabel Deutschland and I cancelled my subscription because I am moving out of my flat (termination date 31 July 2018) which was approved by KD.

Yet, my landlord just told me I can stay 2 more months, until end of September.

Consequently I need to extend my internet contract for 2 months: August + September. I tried calling many different vodafov/kabel deutschland numbers, but all operators forwarded to a number that never works..

Can you please extend my contract until end of September 2018?

Hello Vincent,

so you want to postpone your resignation? You write that your contract ends on 31.07.2018. Which means that your contract is already terminated. Then, unfortunately, this is not possible. This would only be possible if the contract was still in force.

Hi Grit,

To be honest I don't know if my contract is still running and until what date. I assumed the termination date was on 31st of July but I still have internet so I'm not so sure anymore..

Could you please check this with my kundenummer?

Also, if the contract is terminated, how do I return the router? Should I send it to some address or return it to a KD shop?

An update regarding my issue: I was charged in August and still have internet, although my contract was supposed to end in July...

Can you please have a look?

As mentioned in my thread, I need my contract to be extended until end of September as my landlord extended my renting contract.

I have tried to send you a private message but it seems that I cannot, your system keeps telling me I reached my private message limit, although I have never used that feature before..
