Hi,

I am moving home in Munich and wanted to transfer my cable internet with me if possible.

I filled in the online form and it said to call but I was wondering if I could do it online as my German is still improving?

we need a confirmation for the move. Only then can we terminate the contract with a period of 3 months. The easiest way is to send us the re-registration or the rental contract as proof. Please send it by private message again.

Thanks Thomas, I would actually like to continue using Vodafone.

I know that the new buildong doesn't have Kabel but would I be able to change to DSL?

Hi aph324,

DSL is possible. Just have a look on our homepage to see which tariff is right for you. You can then simply order and immediately indicate that you are switching from cable to DSL.

Hi Thomas,

Thank you for your help with my question on moving home.

I am afraid that i am a bit confused on how i can switch address and move the contract from cable to DSL. (I was looking at the DSL 100 package as being the most suitable for us.)

If you could give me a little bit more guidancce I would appreciate it.

no, you don't have to call the customer service. It's a standard text in the cancellation confirmation.
