My tariff is the Red Internet & Phone 32 Cable and am to pay 19.99 euro monthly but i was debitted 33.98 euro, can you explain why this.

how long's that contract been going on? Is the discounted promotional period over?

This started last month. according to my contract, the 19.99 euro was the discounted promotional period of 1 year at 200Mbs. I have already downgraded to 32Mbs and i am to be pay 19.99 euro monthly.

Hi KANKETIA,

if you previously had the tariff with 200 MBit/s and then changed to 32 MBit/s after one year, you will pay 29.99 Euro per month for the new tariff.

You will not get the new customer discount for the new tariff again.
