We can see if we can make a termination because of moving to an unsupplied area according to the Telecommunications Act (moving date + 3 months). For this we need the new address, the date of the move and proof (deregistration from Germany). Send me the data together with your name, your current address, your customer number and the link to your thread in a &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://forum.vodafone.de/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3171255" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;private message&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am officially notifying you of my cancellation (Widerrufsrecht) of my contract with Vodafone, because&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I will be returning back to the United States in 2 &amp;nbsp;weeks. &lt;/SPAN&gt;I can drop off the router at the local Vodafone store where I registered in Nordstadt at&amp;nbsp;Paulstraße 2, 30167 Hannover.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you for your wonderful service, and let me know if I can be of assistance with further regards to the cancellation.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have emailed kabel-kundenservice@vodafone.com too, with more personal account information, and they said to advice was to "Open a new thread for your questions and have a little patience.
