Hi there!

I am about to moving to another city and I want to take my cable contract with me. But the problem is that here in the website says that there isn't cable conection there in my new home. But I know that is.

Can someone help me with this?

the cable does not necessarily have to be from Vodafone. Let me check the address. Send me your name, the old address, the new address, your customer number and the link to your thread in a private message. Then contact us again here.

Hello breal,

unfortunately no cable is available at the new address. There's no drop point there. So you can't take your package with you.
