Hello,

I would like to change my current tarrif from Red Internet & Phone 400 Cable to Red Internet & Phone 10 Cable. I subscribed at the end of last August, and was told that I can switch to lower speed options within one year. Could you please help me with this?

from 28th august 2018 you can change to the following tariffs :

Red Internet & Phone 32 for 29,99 €

Red Internet & Phone 100 for 34,99 €

Red Internet & Phone 200 for 39,99 €

simply let us know about your move using our contact form. We will then check whether we can continue to supply you at your new address. If it should not be so, your connection must be terminated and we need in this case still another registration certificate as proof. You will send them to us as soon as you have registered.

Thanks for processing the relocation. Could you tell me when can I start using the internet at the new address?because I tried plug in the cable and turn on the router, but the router seems to indicate it is not connected.

I found another socket for the cable connection in the flat, and the router connected to the internet successuflly. So there is no problem with the connection. Thanks again for processing the relocation.

I would also like to change my Internet tarriff and I have not been able to do so despite sending PMs to some moderators here. Can somebody help me? I have Internet & Phone 400 and would like to change to Red Internet & Phone Cable 32.

you shouldn't send unsolicited private messages to the moderators. Firstly not everyone can process your request and secondly, not everyone is always there. Please take this to heart in the future and always report with a contribution.

The conversion to Red Internet & Phone 32 Cable at 29.99 Euro per month was discontinued on August 16, 2018. This is the day the 12 months end.
