have you already tried to cancel using the contact form?

Hi Grit,

Thanks for your message. I actually did use the form after I found the link in this forum, and I got the message from Vodafone support to get back to the forum and raise a question, so here I am. 🙂

I want to resign as I see better options available in the market and vodafone is not really willing to do something about it.

Please let me know how I should proceed.

i've given you notice of termination and I'll send you a confirmation. Unfortunately, it was not enough for a termination this year.

That's the best I have for you. Colleagues may report to the recovery department when the contract ends.
