Moving home with Kable Deutschland contract

Hello,

I am moving home soon in this month. I'd like to transfer my contract to the new apartment, however I checked that Kable Deutschland is not available in my new apartment.

I tried to use umzugsservice in MeinVodafone, however it asked me to call a hotline, and my German is very bad.

Could you please help me? Thank you very much!

unfortunately we cannot offer our products at your new address. Now there are 2 possibilities.

1st. The contract can be terminated with a period of 3 months.

2nd. You will use VDSL from us in the future.

Which plan can I get and how much does it cost? And will the contract be another 2 year?

just have a look at the tariffs on our homepage. You can get up to 100 Mbit.

The 100M tariff is 19.99 EUR in the first 12 months and 39.99 EUR after. Will I get a new contract and pay 19.99 EUR in the beginning or will I pay 39.99 EUR in the beginning?

If I want to use VDSL, should I just apply for the contract online?

Do I need to cancel my old contract if I apply for the new contract online? And do I have to pay for the old contract for another 3 months?

Hello Bo,

we can look after you for the termination of your cable contract here. If the DSL contract is running, i.e. if the connection was made, you inform us of the DSL customer number. We will then terminate your contract for the leap day of the DSL connection.

Thanks for the info!

My new signed contract was cancelled by Vodafone because the requested brandwidth 100Mbps is not possible in my new address.

I'm wondering if I want to switch to a new provider with higher brandwidth, how can I cancel the old contract? And do I need to pay for additional months in this case?

yes, according to German law the contract will be charged for another three months in this case. Based on your move date, the contract ends on 18.09.2018.

You will receive the cancellation confirmation by post to the new address within the next few days.

If I sign a new VDSL contract with lower brandwidth, can I avoid the three month charge? If the answer is yes, can I stop the cancellation (and I will go with the lower brandwidth VDSL)?

Hello,

I received a letter from Vodafone saying that 100Mbps DSL brandwidth is not possible in my new address, but 16Mbps brandwidth is possible.

I sent the letter back saying that I'm willing to switch to 16Mbps one week ago, but I have not got any reply yet. Could you please check it for me? I think the customer number should be the same.
