Wlan Router sent already back, still charged 100 Euro?

Hey,

I moved from an adress to another, in my old flat I had Kabel, in my new it wasn't able to get kabel so I switched to dsl and sent my kabel router direct but I'm still charged 100 Euro.

Any ideas how to deal with such a situation?
